Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece with company support
  • A keen interest in technology, cybersecurity, and search engine operations.

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
