Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and effective technical support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to search engine functionalities and cybersecurity tools.

  • Communicate solutions clearly to ensure customers understand the troubleshooting steps.
  • Work collaboratively with other support team members and departments to enhance service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
