Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate with potential clients in Polish to promote IT products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
  • Gather insights on customer preferences and trends to inform business strategies.

Requirements

  • Native proficiency in Polish and strong command of English.
  • Possibility of working remotely within Greece (equipment provided)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and CRM software.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
