Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate with potential clients in Polish to promote IT products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
- Gather insights on customer preferences and trends to inform business strategies.
Requirements
- Native proficiency in Polish and strong command of English.
- Possibility of working remotely within Greece (equipment provided)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture.
- Familiarity with sales tools and CRM software.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
