Roadside Assistance Coordinator

As a Roadside Assistance Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for French-speaking clients who require support during vehicle emergencies or regular maintenance visits. Your friendly demeanor and problem-solving skills will be key in ensuring clients receive the help they need quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing roadside assistance operations for French-speaking clients throughout Europe.
  • Evaluate and prioritize incoming assistance requests to ensure quick resolution.
  • Maintain professional and empathetic communication with clients during their time of need.
  • Collaborate with local service providers to deliver timely assistance solutions.
  • Document service interactions accurately and contribute to performance reporting.
  • Engage in basic administrative tasks related to client requests and service tracking.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and a good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Motivation to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new cultural experience.
