Roadside Assistance Coordinator

TBVirtual is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a German Speaking Roadside Assistance Coordinator working remotely within Greece. This role is perfect for individuals fluent in German who desire a flexible work environment while providing exceptional support to clients in need.

As a Roadside Assistance Coordinator, you will be the primary contact for German-speaking clients who are experiencing vehicle problems, emergency situations or requests to schedule regular maintenance in a workshop. Your strong customer service skills and ability to respond quickly will be essential in ensuring that clients receive the assistance they require.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate roadside assistance requests for German-speaking clients from a remote location.
• Quickly evaluate and prioritize incoming requests to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Communicate clearly with clients, providing updates and reassurance while assistance is on the way.
• Collaborate with local service providers to ensure reliable and efficient assistance.
• Document service interactions and maintain accurate records for reporting and performance analysis.
• Engage in administrative tasks to support daily operations and improve service protocols.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the service experience for clients.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Able to remain calm and make quick decisions during emergency situations.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Must reside in Greece and be equipped to work remotely.
