Responsibilities

  • Assist Danish-speaking customers with airline reservations, changes, and cancellations via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide information on flight schedules, pricing, and travel-related inquiries.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Accurately update customer records and manage reservations in the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Stay current on airline policies, regulations, and promotions to provide the best service.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on solving problems.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
