Responsibilities

  • Provide high-end customer support in German via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with flight bookings, inquiries, and travel arrangements
  • Resolve any issues that may arise before, during, or after travel
  • Document customer interactions accurately for future reference
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Stay informed about airline policies, routes, and promotions
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge and skills

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • No prior experience necessary; a strong desire to learn and grow is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service software
  • Detail-oriented with effective organizational skills
  • A positive and professional attitude toward customer service
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece with company support
