Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients regarding smart home technology products.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product usage, troubleshooting, and installation guidance.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to convey customer feedback and improve service offerings.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best recommendations.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to smart home technology.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient with customer service software and technology platforms.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural adventure.
