TBVirtual is delighted to announce an excellent entry-level position for an Italian Speaking Customer Support representative, based in Greece (with a free relocation package) for one of the biggest Home Appliances producer.

In this role, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with their inquiries related to home appliances, offering guidance on product features, troubleshooting, and after-sales support. Your expertise and dedication will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support in Italian for home appliance inquiries
  • Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions to customers
  • Assist customers with product knowledge and usage
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve escalated issues
  • Stay knowledgeable about product updates and promotions

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - Work from home only within Greece
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Interest in home appliances and customer service
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with customer management systems is a plus
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
