Customer Service for Smart Home Technology

TBVirtual is proud to offer an exciting entry-level opportunity for Polish Speaking Customer Service representatives in the Smart Home Technology Department for our client

In this role, you will be addressing inquiries and providing support for cutting-edge smart home technologies, ensuring that customers have the best experience possible. With the rapid growth of the smart home industry, this position allows you to engage with innovative products while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients regarding smart home technology products.
  • Handle inquiries through phone, email, and chat, ensuring that customers feel valued and understood.
  • Assist customers with setup, troubleshooting, and warranty questions related to smart home devices.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and improve service.
  • Stay up-to-date with product updates, features, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Polish and proficient in English (both spoken and written).
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece with company support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong computer skills with familiarity in CRM tools and software.
  • Possibility of working remotely within Greece (equipment provided)
  • A customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to embrace new technologies and continuous learning.
