Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer care and technical support in Czech via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about products, services, and technical issues.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the support team to ensure effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Engage in training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Stay current with product features and service updates to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English (B2), both written and spoken.
  • No prior experience required; a passion for customer service and eagerness to learn is essential.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece with company support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possibility of working remotely within Greece (equipment provided)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Basic technical skills and familiarity with computers.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
