Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to Polish-speaking users via phone, email or chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to search engine services, accounts, and features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, while guiding customers through problem resolution.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions in the support database for future reference.
  • Educate customers about service features and best practices for maximizing their use of the search engine.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in search engine technology and services.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece with company support
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
