Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer support in Danish for streaming service inquiries

  • Document customer interactions accurately within the support system
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - Work from home only within Greece
  • No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
