Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding smart home technology products.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, installation guidance, troubleshooting, and product usage.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with product information, company policies, and industry trends.
  • Promote customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships through effective communication.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Finnish and proficient in English (both written and spoken).
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece with company support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and experience a new cultural setting.
