• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• No prior experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude
• Interest in fintech and online payment solutions is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software will be advantageous
