Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients related to hotel reservations and hospitality services.
  • Manage inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and online chat systems.
  • Assist guests with special requests, changes, and cancellations smoothly.
  • Keep up-to-date with hotel offerings and local attractions to provide guests with helpful information.
  • Accurately document interactions and update customer information in the system.
  • Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure guests have a memorable experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills within the hospitality sector.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English (both spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and customer service software is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to solving problems and addressing customer needs.
