As part of the Dutch Automotive Client Care team, you will be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring they enjoy a top-notch experience with various automotive brands.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and professional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone and email
• Assist customers with inquiries about automotive products and services
• Provide guidance on vehicle features, specifications, and service offerings
• Document customer interactions accurately in our systems
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
• Stay updated on automotive trends to offer informed assistance

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and basic proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - Work from home only within Greece
• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping customers
• Eligibility to work in Greece during the summer (valid EU passport or ID may be required)
• An interest in the automotive industry is a plus
