Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients regarding smart home technology systems.
- Assist with technical inquiries, product setup, troubleshooting, and customer feedback.
- Document and track customer interactions clearly in the CRM software.
- Proactively identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to resolve complex issues.
- Engage in continuous training to stay updated on the latest products and technologies.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude for learning new technologies and systems quickly.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace its culture and lifestyle.
