As an Italian Speaking Consultant, your primary focus will be to support our Italian-speaking clients by addressing their queries and assisting them with online payment solutions. Your responsibilities will include guiding clients through payment processes, resolving issues, and ensuring they receive outstanding service and support. Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and proficient command of English, both written and spoken.
  • No prior experience is required; however, customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece.
  • Genuine interest in online payment solutions and financial technology.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Able to perform well in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
